I am so happy that I was able to find this gem of a home. The common spaces are inviting, the kids love the playground and yard space, and its hard to beat the location! The property manager does a wonderful job of keeping things taken care of any issues quickly, and has been fantastic to work with from the start. I would and have recommend this property to friends because of how well everything is run.

I have been here since they have opened. Our apartment is pretty nice, love having a washer and dryer in unit, walk in pantry is great. The apartment is in a good location, right next to the highway, and a high school. We have a package room, an exercise room, two nice community rooms (I do wish we could have community events, I would love to get to know my neighbors), there is a nice little coffee bar that my oldest loves to use.

Wonderful place to live. Transitioning from New York to Minnesota was so easily with the help from DeAnn. She worked with us to help us get adjusted and is always there to help and answer any questions we have. She is always doing her best to make this a place of serenity . It's quiet, peaceful, clean. Absolutely love my new apartment! The floor plan is open and spacious, the deck is huge for an apartment (10’x5’), and there is a lot of cabinet space and a large pantry! 10/10 would recommend this place!!

You can tell the staff cares about their tenants and the living space, unlike other renting experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Communication is swift if there are any questions/concerns. The amenities are well taken of and such a nice bonus to the already great units. I am loving my new home! I would recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking.

Golden Aspen is a nice, quiet place to live. It’s not far from downtown activities. The open floor plan is great with a walk in pantry and an in unit washer/dryer. The hvac system is amazing (instead of the ac units and floor radiators set ups)! The heated garage with multiple ev chargers is a nice touch. The onsite management is great. Overall this apartment complex has been a great place to live.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet street yet easy access onto the highway. Newer property with more new apartments coming. Apartments are very nice with upgrades such as side by side laundry in each unit, big closets, nicer appliances and pleasing. On-site management and maintenance that are caring and responsive. Super clean.

I feel very comfortable in my apartment with the nice decor, large laundry appliances in my unit, and a great floor plan with great closet space. We have onsite management and maintenance that care about the residents and are responsive. The building is professionally cleaned throughout the week which I appreciate. I like it that we are not along busy streets on all sides, and that access is a quiet street mainly used to access the property, while being able to quickly hop onto the highway. The

This is by far the best apartments I ever lived in. Deeann is the best leasing agent. The apartments are clean well maintained and just safe. When something is wrong with the apartment she is quick to get it fixed love these apartment I'll be here for a while.
